How am I to retrenchment but with out informing all the staffs that need to be retrench?? mind blogging kan..
1) pergi to JTK submit form
2) buat kira2 base on the highest earn salary of a month & then calculate the RT benefit + the notice period to be given to the staff by tabulating the right amount of notice period
3) hantar ke LHDN utk pengesahan ada tax terhutang tak??
4) beri lah duit tu pada staffs
5) pray that nothing else happen..
Just life of HR personnel .... FID...
p/s kalau tak betul2 boleh jd gila ooo
